Voting in the ISBT Election for the Board of Directors 2020

Some useful information in relation to voting in the 2020 Board of Directors election.

Voting commences on Tuesday March 17, 2020 and closes on Saturday May 9, 2020, 23.59 CEST

Invitation to participate email – action required

ISBT has once again partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the 2020 election.  To ensure your election specific broadcast email arrives safely in your inbox on or around Tuesday March 17 2020, please add the following email address as an approved sender; noreply@remove-this.directvote.net.  If you have any questions contact: office@remove-this.isbtweb.org.

Election process
All individuals who were accepted ISBT members on Tuesday December 10, 2019 at 17.00 hrs Central European Time will receive an email on Tuesday March 17, 2020 or Wednesday March 18, 2020 from noreply@remove-this.directvote.net  with information and details for participating in the electronic ballot.  Please follow the instructions received in the email.  The voting process is straightforward and easy to follow.    If you do not receive an email please check your spam or junk folders.

Candidate information
You are encouraged to read the biography and statement of motivation for election for each nominated candidate as you go through the ballot process. There are two or three candidates standing for each vacant position except for the position of President Elect and Treasurer where there is only one candidate.

Candidates have been requested to refrain from mass soliciting of votes. There is sufficient information about each of the candidates on the online voting system for members to make an informed choice.

Exercise your right to vote!
ISBT exists for and is guided by its members. The Board plays a vital role in this process and all members who are eligible to exercise your right and vote for the candidates who you feel will make effective Board members.
