Vox Sanguinis Best Paper Prize

The Vox Sanguinis Best Paper Prize is an award that is granted for the best original paper that was published in Vox Sanguinis in the previous calendar year.

We are happy to announce that the 2016 Vox Sanguinis Best Paper Prize goes to:

Epigenetic and molecular signatures of cord blood CD34+cells treated with histone deacetylase inhibitors by David Gajzer, J. Ross, Lewis Winder, Shyamala Navada, Wei Zhang, Lewis Silverman and Pratima Chaurasia from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, NY, USA.

The article demonstrates how epigenetic modifications by histone deacetylase inhibitors regulate the gene expression and cellular function of haematopoietic stem cells.

The Prize will be presented at the Opening Ceremony of the 27th Regional congress of ISBT in Copenhagen on Sunday, June 19, 2017.
