You need to make enquiries locally about Visa requirements, as they differ according to the country you are applying from. We suggest to contact your local Chinese embassy or search the internet for local regulations. Please ensure that you make your enquiries in plenty of time because it takes time to process.
Travel and Immigration
You can request a visa letter during the online registration process (have your passport details at hand as you will need to complete these details online). Due to the more complex circumstances for a Chinese visa invitation letter we are able to provide an electronic copy for a cost of €25 or a hard copy via regular mail for a cost of €125.
Please note this letter is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support.
